Today I am giving away a clean and stylish login form I created for a Design Woop tutorial. The form is using the font Miso, which I have included in the zip folder. I used two small icons in the design, these are in the PSD file but you can also download the full set from Some Random Dude.
When designing the form I was aiming for a minimal super clean style, when you download the file, you get the full PSD so you can change and and edit the form as required. Enjoy!
